I am very appreciative of this company’s willingness to accommodate my return of an item I was dissatisfied with and special order afterwards (buying online is tough - it was my mistake). In brief, I ordered a different piece, it was not what I thought it would look like, and I asked if I could exchange it. Without hesitation an exchange was organized, I sent back the first piece and shortly afterward the replacement came. Easy. Very much appreciate this vendor and they have a life-time customer in me.
